Miller Brother Staffing Direct Hire Team is actively seeking a Process Technician in Erie County PA.
1st Shift
Pay - up to $32 Depending on experience
SUMMARY: This position has responsibilities to perform mold setting, trouble shooting and processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

SUMMARY: This position has responsibilities to perform mold setting, trouble shooting and processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Assure safety of all employees
- Ensure GBC (Process Baseline) is maintained
- Startup and troubleshoot the injection molding process
- Make adjustments to correct/prevent parts defects
- Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies (more good parts per hour)
- IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 adherence through procedure adherence and paperwork flow
- Maintain and improve cleanliness and orderliness in the area
- Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate
- Attend training as required
- Assist in covering the manufacturing floor on weekends
- Two to three years of injection molding processing experience
- Good mechanical ability and aptitude is essential in this
- Preferred that position has RJG experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Working Knowledge of ERP systems and of Windows based computer programs are helpful in performing the duties of this position
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and frequently required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment and elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicals
- Travel and overtime are required when necessary
