Process Analyst
About the job:
This position's main objective is to review customer order requirements and manufacturing capabilities to develop robust and cost-effective routings. The position also makes sure that customer order requirements are met at all stages of manufacturing.
Position Reports To:
Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Review specifications and requirements on customer’s request for quotes to determine if the process and production are acceptable.
- Assign a routing based on the customer purchase order requirements.
- Review inventory material against customer requirements.
- Systems Support
- Develop routings for new items.
- Update specifications and test requirements in the Order Fulfillment System
- Update and correct routings as needed
- QA/QC functions
- Develop QC test plans for orders
- Review test results for acceptability to customer requirement
- Release orders for shipment
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
Education:
- Minimum 2 year degree in Engineering or a STEM related field
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
