We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our agency! In this role, you will be the first friendly face or voice our customers meet, and will be key to customers feeling valued and satisfied.

Your responsibilities would include answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and socializing with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, assisting with payments, documenting activity in the agency management software, emailing documents, and filing paperwork. You must have basic proficiency in operating a computer.
While this position would be an entry level job, we are seeking someone interested in growing professionally into an agent roll. The agency would cover all licensing and continuing education fees to do so. Licensure ensures that our ability to provide helpful and accurate service is backed by training and education.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
