Hours are flexible. Monday – Friday 8-5 is standard.

Job Description:
- Associate will oversee document management of Batch Records, Laboratory Records, and Investigations, and other GMP records.
- This will involve checking-in documents that have been completed by operations and reviewed by quality. Scanning of documents into a secure electronic storage location, and storing physical copies in a safe storage location.
- Associate will archive and store documents that have been completed and reviewed by Quality per site procedures.
- Associate may draft or update procedures related to document control.
- Associate will maintain organization of document storage.
- Maintain appropriate spreadsheets or databases to track document storage.
- Manage check out/check in of archived documents.
- Perform review of documents that have been archived for investigations.
- Comply with all site policies and procedures.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED Required
