Fulfillment Lead
Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Lead!
We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional to oversee and support fulfillment operations in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about warehouse management, logistics, and efficient order fulfillment, this is your chance to ensure our products are shipped accurately and on time, supporting our global customer base.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do:
Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to fulfillment staff.
Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and shipment of all products and materials.
Partner with supervisors to diagnose operational issues and recommend solutions.
Track attendance, review time sheets, and maintain records for department activities.
Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Maintain compliance with company policies, QMS procedures, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
Perform administrative and operational tasks to support efficient department functioning.
What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
4 years of relevant experience, preferably as a working lead in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Email, Intranet) and MIS systems.
Strong people, communication, planning, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
