Fulfillment Compliance Lead
Job Title: Fulfillment Compliance Lead / Quality Lead (Warehouse & Fulfillment) / Compliance Lead
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Compliance Lead! We're seeking a detail-oriented leader to support compliance, audits, and training within our fulfillment operations in Durham, NC. If you have experience in quality systems, ISO environments, or warehouse operations, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Shift/Hours, Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay bonus eligibility full benefits package
What You'll Do
- Lead and support fulfillment compliance activities, including audits and assessments.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
- Train and support team members on compliance processes and documentation.
- Conduct audits, identify gaps, and support corrective action implementation.
- Maintain and manage compliance documentation and training materials.
- Communicate compliance issues and improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality/compliance environments.
- Prior lead experience preferred.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
