We’re looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment to join our team. If you’re passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving
- Partner with leadership to achieve performance goals and operational efficiencies
- Monitor workflows and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
- Communicate status updates, challenges, and solutions to leadership
- Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution, including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
