PIT Compliance Supervisor

We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) compliance, training, and operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining OSHA compliance, improving safety performance, and driving operational excellence across fulfillment centers.

What You'll Do:
- Lead PIT compliance programs and ensure adherence to OSHA standards
- Oversee PIT fleet operations, maintenance coordination, and utilization
- Develop and manage operator training and certification programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Manage PIT-related budgets and resource planning
- Maintain accurate training and compliance documentation
- Partner with operations, safety, and leadership teams
- Lead meetings and communicate performance metrics and updates
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 5 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA PIT regulations (29 CFR 1910.178)
- Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
