Fulfillment Team Lead (Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented leader to support fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate shipping and receiving while guiding team members and driving efficiency.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented leader to support fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate shipping and receiving while guiding team members and driving efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Provide daily guidance and support to fulfillment team members
- Assist with onboarding, training, and team development
- Monitor daily operations and communicate issues to leadership
- Ensure products are received, inspected, and shipped accurately
- Inspect incoming materials for defects or damage
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders
- Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and system updates
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Support compliance with QMS and ISO standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Previous lead or team support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
