Logistics Analyst

What You'll Do
- Partner with Fulfillment department stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to track operational performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze trends, root causes, and process variations to recommend actionable solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and cross-functional projects to implement improvements.
- Support the creation of updated training, reporting, and operational materials based on process changes.
- Monitor project risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of analytical or continuous improvement experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other operational tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
- Passion for Cards: Deliver accurate, actionable insights that enhance Fulfillment operations.
- Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Ensure reporting and operational improvements meet safety and quality standards.
- Challenging the Expected: Continuously identify ways to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve operational performance.
