Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator - Day Shift

What You'll Do
- Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards
- Facilitate training and provide materials to support employee development
- Review and maintain documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Support corrective and preventive action processes through analysis and follow-up
- Manage compliance data, reports, and internal communications
- Partner with leadership to promote process consistency and operational excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in compliance, quality, or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data/reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards through audits and compliance activities
- Integrity and Respect: Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication across teams
- Building Relationships: Collaborate with leadership and staff to support training and compliance
- Challenging the Expected: Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement
