Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises, including guest floors, parking areas, lobby, and public spaces
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and report any suspicious activity
- Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors at all times
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or guest concerns
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist in managing situations involving disorderly conduct or safety risks
- Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Provide assistance to guests when needed, while maintaining professional boundaries
