The Director of Sales will report directly to the General Manager and will collaborate closely with other departments to implement revenue-generating initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires an enthusiastic and motivated leader with a proven track record in sales, capable of building strong relationships with clients while driving performance through effective sales techniques and market analysis.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hotel sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
SKILLS
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with hotel sales software is a plus
