Job Description
Milledgeville Portable Pros is seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Manager to sell Stormor portable buildings at our Milledgeville, GA sales lot.
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position that requires daily, in-person presence on the sales lot. You will meet customers face-to-face, follow up with leads, create social media content, and close deals.
If you are confident, comfortable on camera, and motivated by commission—not hourly pay—this role offers uncapped earning potential.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- In-person work at the Milledgeville sales lot
- Comfort speaking with walk-in customers
- Comfort being on camera, recording videos, and posting on social media
- A strong sales mindset and ability to close
If you are uncomfortable with any of the above, this role is not a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of portable buildings at the Milledgeville sales lot
- Be physically present on the lot during scheduled hours to assist walk-in customers
- Follow up with online, phone, and social media leads
- Use company-provided tools (iPad or laptop) to present inventory, financing options, and complete sales contracts
- Create short-form videos, photos, and social media content to promote inventory and attract customers
- Post regularly on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and Reels
- Confidently showcase buildings, features, pricing, and promotions on camera
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with honesty and integrity
- Assist with light physical tasks related to sales (moving display items, light lifting up to 50 lbs)
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (retail, lot sales, construction, or commission sales a plus)
- Comfortable creating videos and posting on social media for sales purposes
- Confident speaking on camera and engaging customers in person and online
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors
