Part-Time Van Driver (Split Shift)
Mille Lacs County Area DAC – Princeton, MN

Mille Lacs County Area DAC is seeking a dependable and caring Van Driver to safely transport individuals with disabilities to and from our program Monday through Friday. This is a permanent part-time union position with a consistent schedule and excellent benefits.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Approximately 6:00 AM – 9:15 AM and 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Split-shift schedule with mid-day hours free
What You'll Do:
- Safely transport program participants on designated routes
- Assist individuals on and off the vehicle
- Operate wheelchair lifts as needed
- Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly
- Assist passengers with seatbelts
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- Track mileage and vehicle usage
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to assist individuals with varying mobility needs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background study and DOT physical
