Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Mille Lacs County, MN and surrounding areas
Are you a reliable and experienced driver looking to work for a local company that values hard work and customer service? Vanderpoel Disposal is looking for a dependable CDL Driver to join our team!
Job Summary:
- Drive pre-assigned routes to collect solid waste.
- Must be physically able to get in and out of the truck multiple times while on route.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
- Ensure proper collection and transfer of waste materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Operate CDL trucks in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience preferred
✅ Valid Minnesota Class B (or higher) CDL and air brake endorsement and current DOT health card
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather
✅ Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
✅ Solid communication skills
⭐ Preferred: Experience in waste hauling
