Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing and running the financial operations of a real estate development firm.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting tenant rents
- Paying bills
- Keep and organize financial records
- Bi-annual tenant reconciliations
- Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, or other related fields
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Small and intimate fast paced commercial real estate development firm, with room for growth.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
