Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing and running the financial operations of a real estate development firm.  

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting tenant rents
  • Paying bills
  • Keep and organize financial records 
  • Bi-annual tenant reconciliations
  • Ordering office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, or other related fields
  • Experience in Real Estate is a plus
  • Experience in Quickbooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
