You will be responsible for Quickbooks Online File, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Write Checks, Payment Processing, Inventory Control.
Vendor procurement, Supplier integration and co-ordination.
Ideal Pay To Start Would Be 1099 Contractor Base or to be discussed
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate day-to-day QuickBooks Online File
- Accounts Receivable - Input and send invoices, Record Deposits
- Accounts Payable - Input vendor Bills and organize payments
- Inventory Control - system vs what is in production
- Organize and Create Structure
- Generate month end reports
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of common banking & office practices
- Able to execute tasks and goals
- Ability to work in small business environment

Duties

- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online including invoicing, expense tracking, and inventory
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, filing HR documentation, and maintaining compliance with policies.
- Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for general office records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is essential.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Experience in event planning, vendor management, and calendar scheduling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of procedures such as payroll processing and employee onboarding.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and front desk duties efficiently.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
