About the Role
As District Manager, you’ll directly oversee multiple Millburn Deli locations, working shoulder-to-shoulder with store managers to deliver operational excellence every single day. You’ll be in the field more than at a desk—coaching managers, spotting issues before they become problems, and making the kind of decisions that move the needle fast. This is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and knows how to get results without drowning in corporate red tape.
What You’ll Do
- Run the district like it’s yours – Visit stores regularly, set high expectations, and make sure each one meets quality, speed, and service standards.
- Lead & develop store managers – Coach, mentor, and hold them accountable so they and their teams operate at peak performance.
- Protect the brand – Keep the Millburn Deli experience premium and consistent across every location.
- Drive the numbers – Work with managers to hit sales, labor, and cost goals without compromising the guest experience.
- Make it better – Find ways to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and keep customers coming back.
- Maintain compliance & safety – Hold every store to high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and regulations.
- Support growth – Be a key player in opening new stores and getting them running smoothly from day one.
Who You Are
- Experienced Multi-Unit Leader – 3 years in a district, area, or multi-unit management role in restaurants or hospitality.
- Hands-On Operator – You lead from the front, not just from an office.
- Results-Driven – You know your KPIs and how to move them.
