Millburn Deli is looking for a highly organized, resourceful professional to help own our customer experience while supporting the administrative needs of our growing company.
This is a unique role for someone who is equally comfortable solving a customer problem, coordinating a catering order, working through an invoice, updating a spreadsheet, and making sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.
You’ll be a key point of contact for our guests and an important support person for our leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, has strong judgment, takes ownership of problems, and doesn’t need to be constantly told what to do next.
This is not a restaurant counter-service position. It is a full-time, in-person customer experience and administrative role supporting a growing multi-location restaurant company.
What You’ll DoCustomer Experience
· Respond to customer questions, concerns, reviews, and feedback by phone, email, and other channels
· Resolve customer issues professionally, thoughtfully, and with good judgment
· Follow up with guests to make sure problems are fully resolved
· Assist with loyalty program questions, customer accounts, refunds, and order issues
· Identify recurring customer issues or trends and communicate them to management
· Help us continually improve the overall Millburn Deli guest experience
Catering Support
· Assist customers with catering inquiries, orders, changes, and questions
· Help coordinate upcoming catering orders and ensure important details are accurate
· Follow up on catering opportunities and customer requests
· Work with our stores and leadership team when coordination is needed
Administrative Support
· Prepare, send, track, and follow up on invoices
· Maintain organized spreadsheets, records, reports, and documentation
· Assist with scheduling, data entry, paperwork, and general administrative projects
· Help organize information and follow up on outstanding items
· Support company leadership with a variety of day-to-day projects and priorities
· Take ownership of tasks and make sure things get completed—not just started

Experience & Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, customer experience, hospitality coordination, catering coordination, or a similar professional role
· Experience communicating professionally with customers by both phone and email
· Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, events, or a multi-location business is helpful but not required.
We care more about finding someone smart, organized, dependable, and capable of taking ownership than someone with a specific industry background.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
