What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience & Administrative Coordinator position at Millburn Deli?
Millburn Deli is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to help us take care of our guests and keep important administrative tasks moving behind the scenes.
This role combines customer support, catering assistance, and general office administration. You’ll help resolve customer concerns, assist with catering orders, handle basic invoicing and paperwork, and support our leadership team with day-to-day tasks.
The right person is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and can comfortably switch between speaking with a customer and working through a spreadsheet or invoice.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, reviews, and feedback
- Resolve guest issues professionally and follow up when needed
- Assist customers with catering orders, changes, and questions
- Help organize and track catering inquiries and upcoming orders
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with loyalty program questions and customer accounts
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to management
- Support the leadership team with scheduling, paperwork, data entry, and other administrative projects
- Help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

- Can manage several responsibilities without letting things fall through the cracks

- Take initiative and solve problems without needing constant direction
- Have experience in customer service, administration, catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations
Restaurant experience is helpful, but strong communication, organization, and follow-through are more important.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
