Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The position is part time evenings and every other weekend. Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
