We are seeking a dedicated and energetic
Responsibilities
- Assist in menu planning to deliver diverse, balanced, and appealing meal options tailored to dietary needs
- Prepare, cook, and serve food items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols, storage procedures, and sanitation practices
- Support catering events and special meal services, coordinating with team members for smooth execution
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations at all times
- Assist with food handling, portioning, and meal assembly to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with dietary department staff to accommodate specific dietary restrictions and preferences
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary or culinary roles within healthcare, hospitality, or food service environments
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for various dietary requirements
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support seamless service delivery
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
