Principal- Mill River Union High School

Primary Functions The MRU Principal is responsible for leadership, oversight, and alignment of all efforts and systems that exist or will exist at MRU for the primary purpose of ensuring an excellent educational experience for all students. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of staff assigned to Mill River Union. This position is responsible for helping to execute the vision of the district and assuming leadership responsibilities and other duties as required by the superintendent. The targeted individual for this role is a motivated, experienced leader with a strong instructional background and outstanding demonstrated success as a teacher, building, or district leader. Strong organizational management and interpersonal/relational skills are required. Supervision This position reports directly to the Superintendent of Schools.
