Pay: $20-30/ hr, based on experience

Mill Plain Family Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team full time.

What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will:
- Assist the doctor during general dentistry procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos and scan
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Work closely with the clinical and front desk team
- Help keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
Who We’re Looking For
- Dental Assistant experience preferred (newer grads welcome with the right attitude)
- X-ray certification required (or in process)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Calm, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow clinically
- Pride in professionalism, cleanliness, and patient care
