Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to ensure a spotless appearance
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards across all areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality service
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support the overall cleanliness of the facility through janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfection
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Prior AL or hospitality experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
