Job Location: 6974 E. 38th St. Tulsa, OK 74135
Job Duties:
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Proven accounting experience as an accounts payable clerk
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Proficient in MS Office software
- First-hand experience with creating and editing spreadsheets
- Aptitude for numbers with a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform filing, data entry and record keeping tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
