KEY TASKS
- Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment or components on HVAC equipment
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best service agreements
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and summary of findings
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for this position.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to take written and verbal directions
- 3 years as a Residential Service Technician preferred
- Current EPA license preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision until the completion of the project
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work from plans/blueprints preferred
- Ability to operate safely and knowledgeably any and all equipment and tools used for service
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have a positive and professional attitude and be a team player
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
