Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, maintaining and managing customer relationships, and working with cross-functional teams. The role is located in Elk River, MN, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills; able to identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience in managing and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely as needed
- Experience in the packaging or paperboard industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
