With 11 family owned locations in Pittsburgh, our first Massachusetts store marks the beginning of something sweet - and we can't wait to share it with you.Come be part of our story!What we are looking for:Natural Leaders: You love inspiring your team, and keeping things positive.Brand Ambassadors: You promote an excellent employee culture and guest experience.Growth-Minded Go-Getters: You have your sights set on growth, and we are here to help you reach it.Clear Communicators: You know how to connect witjhyour team and keep things runnig smoothly.Mentors: You are passionate about motivating and helping others grow, just like we are.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTake the lead, owning the front- and back-house store operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, organization, and the customer experience at Milkshake Factory.Collaborate on crafting systems that drive store-wide operational excellence, covering cash management, food safety, inventory control, and employee performance.Provide robust support for MilkShake Factory human resources, handling team member training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention strategies.Partnering with the Manager, expertly schedule and staff the retail store, ensuring smooth operations while aligning with the budget.Team up with the Manager to exceed regulatory health and safety standards.Harness consumer insights to contribute to compelling annual and seasonal marketing campaigns.Maintain a tight ship on security measures, including cameras, alarms, locks, and protocols.Generate concise reports on retail performance for Manager review.Be the go-to brand advocate, sharing the company's story, history, vision, and products with both consumers and employees, including corporate accounts and special events.Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment for guests.Keep those POS register systems ticking perfectly at all times.Most importantly have fun while creating unforgettable experiences.REQUIREMENTSDemonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales settingStrong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing successful retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financialsAvailability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidaysComposure, positivity, flexibility, and time management ability necessary to succeed in a performance-driven retail environmentExceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to plan and prioritize workloadKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift and/or handle packaged goods and materials up to and including 25lbsCompensation: $18 - $24 per hour
