POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Team Members keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. You will be trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer. We want every customer to leave with a smile!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and join a team that thrives on excellence, integrity, and serious know-how.
- Greet and engage with guests, recommend the best shakes, and pair chocolates to enhance their experience.
- Boost those sales with your creative flair—sampling and product recommendations to maximize average ticket charge.
- Craft delicious milkshakes and chocolates with care and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by showing up ready to give your best.
- Keep the ship sailing smoothly by maintaining the stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment for guests.
- Dive into promotional prep, making the store pop with seasonal magic.
- Keep it safe and tasty, reporting any food quality issues to the manager.
- Most importantly - have fun while creating unforgettable experiences!
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and safety requirements
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds
