The ROLE:
The Senior Manager, Amazon is the strategic owner and operational lead for the entire Milk Makeup business on the Amazon platform. This role is responsible for setting the channel strategy, managing the P&L, and driving accelerated, profitable growth. The Senior Manager acts as the sole internal channel expert, reports directly to the VP of Digital Growth, and directs the efforts of external agency partners.
What YOU’ll do:
Strategy & Financial Ownership:
- Own the Amazon P&L and financial forecast. Establish and meet annual sales and profitability targets for Milk Makeup.
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Amazon channel strategy (1P/3P), including strategy, objectives, tactics, and scheduling that align with and achieve defined financial goals.
- Control and allocate advertising budgets to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall channel profitability.
Execution & Agency Command:
- Serve as the primary daily contact for the Amazon agency. Direct the agency's priorities, manage relationship calls, and hold them accountable for performance across all operational and advertising KPIs.
- Lead the launch process for all new products, overseeing the agency for execution from initial set-up to inventory receipt.
- Manage and optimize the full marketing funnel, utilizing AMS and Amazon DSP campaigns.
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Own all content and creative on Amazon (A Content, Brand Store, PDPs), working with both internal (Brand, Creative) and external teams to translate the brand message effectively.
- Own the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, coordinating closely with the Seller/Vendor Manager on promotional opportunities.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Brand, Creative, and Finance, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across the business.
- Work closely with the Operations team and agencies to ensure healthy inventory levels and timely receipt of goods.
Reporting & Advisory:
- Act as the internal subject matter expert and primary educator for the VP of Digital Growth and leadership on all Amazon matters.
- Report on channel strategy performance against KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, providing clear insights and analysis of key business drivers.
- Review market research and performance marketing data to anticipate competition and market trends, and translate consumer data into new ideas and optimization possibilities.
We’d like YOU to have:
- 4 years of direct, success-driven experience managing a high-volume business on Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
- Proven mastery of Amazon P&L management and budgeting for sizable spends.
- Mandatory experience managing and directing external agencies to achieve predefined business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Superior communication and presentation skills required to advise and influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to use analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with high autonomy; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
