What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Washing Technician Not Afraid To Get Wet! position at Militello Paint and Powerwashing?
Power washing is the act of using water and a cleaning solution to remove loose algae, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from residential and commercial exteriors.
So with that being said, are you someone that is not afraid to get wet?
No...Not physically wet (well maybe… a little)
But we meant wet as in…
Not afraid to climb ladders and reach every crack and crevice of a client’s home
Confident enough to address client concerns/questions and resolve any conflicts to the best of their abilities and resources
Motivated to learn and grow with each new day
Having the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
Because sometimes being wet (metaphorically speaking, of course) can make you a little uncomfortable, but it is how you handle those situations that truly matter.
Militello Painting and Powerwashing is company who values the relationship that we have with our employees, as much as their clients. We are always willing to go the extra mile for our employees, so we hope to hire someone who would do the same for our clients. From first phone call to final touch, you should be someone committed to hitting a H.O.M.E.R.U.N. every single time.
Honest…with every interaction
Open-Minded…to new ideas and varying perspectives
Meticulous…attention to even the smallest of details
Exceptional Customer Service…during every project
Responsive…whenever needed
Unparalleled Quality…through and through
Nurturing…in all your relationships
