What You'll Do:
- Perform and document scheduled preventative maintenance on ovens, mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration systems, and boilers
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostics equipment
- Install, commission, and modify bakery equipment to improve performance and ensure code compliance
- Enforce lockout/tagout and food safety standards; report hazards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Manage parts inventory, input work orders, and collaborate daily with production and sanitation teams
