Safety Supervisor

This is an on-site safety leadership role in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. The Safety Supervisor owns the full safety program — compliance, training, incident response, and regulatory reporting — with a particular focus on OSHA, FDA, and food production standards.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and conduct employee training on equipment handling, hazardous materials, and emergency response
  
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and investigate workplace accidents and near-misses
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure food safety protocols align with OSHA and FDA standards
  
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills and equipment readiness
  
• Inspect machinery and cold storage areas and ensure safe handling of chemicals, including cleaning agents and refrigeration gases
