A hands-on maintenance manager role leading the technicians and equipment at a new, state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility. You will run the preventive maintenance program, lead diagnostic troubleshooting, manage parts and vendors, and keep the plant running. This is a working leadership role, not a desk job.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including mechanics and porters
- Run the preventive maintenance program using manuals and PC-based tools
- Direct diagnostic troubleshooting on all plant equipment and monitor repair quality
- Manage spare-parts inventory and vendor purchasing to minimize plant downtime
- Maintain safety programs and control energy costs through performance monitoring
