You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, handle communications, and keep the office running at its best. What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct administrative support to multiple executives.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Serve as the face of the office greeting visitors, managing calls, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Organize company events, meetings, and office initiatives.
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Support HR, finance, and other teams with administrative coordination.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- A knack for organization, communication, and problem-solving.
- Comfort working with confidential information and senior leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tools.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
