Position Summary
8 Point Management is a single family office serving three generations of family members. We are seeking a professional, energetic, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the President and CFO of the office. In addition, this role will also support the family office clients in their personal lives. The role will work out of our Gettysburg, PA office.
General Responsibilities
- Be organized, thorough, and accurate. You will have strong organizational skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
- Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, etc.
- Assist with setup and execution of investment and bill pay money movements. In addition, monitor cash balances.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more aircraft.
- Setup DocuSigns and coordinate signatures for various documents.
- Become a subject matter expert on software such as Addepar and Arch.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects such as data entry and account reconciliations.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Create detailed travel itineraries that include commercial and private air travel, ground transportation, dinner reservations, hotel reservations, and other activity schedules as well as gather support documents, such as visas, for all business and family trips.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of local household properties. Serve as point person with service providers, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with bill payment, bank account and credit card monitoring, vehicle administration, and insurance coordination.
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years administrative support experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrates tact, discretion, and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Word
- Basic financial acumen
- Positive attitude and strong worth ethic
