We are hiring ONE high-performing Service Advisor to lead our front counter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will help lead the customer experience and performance of the shop by:
- Greeting customers and setting the tone for a professional experience
- Answering calls and converting them into scheduled opportunities
- Performing proper fact-finding and building trust with customers
- Presenting digital inspection results clearly and confidently
- Turning recommended work into approved work through honest communication
- Managing workflow between customers, technicians, and management
- Writing accurate estimates and following up on pending work
- Keeping customers informed so nothing falls through the cracks
- Helping maintain a smooth, organized, and profitable daily operation
This role combines:

This is a performance-based role, and top performers will earn accordingly.
You will be measured on:
- Revenue contribution
- Average Repair Order (ARO)
- Estimate approval / close rate
- Phone-to-appointment conversion
- Organization, communication, and follow-up
