Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Bismarck, ND. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess, develop, and implement customized intervention plans to support the growth and development of children. Key responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions focused on sensory integration, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and educational professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment is an integral part of this role. The position also involves detailed documentation of therapy progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques, with a focus on Pediatrics
- Strong background in Sensory Integration, Feeding, and Early Intervention
- Experience in working with children and their families
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Valid state licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices
- Prior experience in a pediatric therapy setting is a plus
