What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Speech Therapist - 4 days / week position at Milestone Therapy?
A Career Built Around the Kids and a Clinician Who Knows Them Best!
The best speech therapy doesn't always happen in one place. Sometimes a child needs support in the classroom where the real challenges show up every day. Sometimes they need the focused, one-on-one environment of a clinic session. Often times they need both, a therapist who can follow them into either world.
At Milestone Therapy, we built our model around reality. Our SLPs aren't locked into one setting because our kids aren't locked into one setting. School-based, clinic-based, or a meaningful blend of both, your caseload is shaped by what your clients actually need, and supported by a team that has your back in every environment.
What does that mean for you? It means four days of meaningful work, and three days to recharge, refocus, and show up as the best version of yourself for every kid on your caseload.
Our 4x10 schedule gives you full-time impact without the five-day grind. More hours in the room with kids. More time outside of it for yourself!
You get to practice the way great speech therapy is supposed to work, with continuity, with context, and with the flexibility to meet each child exactly where they are. No more choosing between the setting you love and the kids who need you. At Milestone, you get both!
If you're an SLP who wants to do real, meaningful work across the full scope of a child's world, in a schedule that actually respects your life, we want to meet you!
We even have a $5,000 sign-on bonus on the table, because this opportunity should feel like an easy yes.
