What You’ll Do
- Oversee operations across multiple sites and new clinic buildouts
- Turn broad ideas into structured plans, timelines, and finished results
- Work directly with the founder to execute high-priority initiatives
- Identify operational gaps and implement systems, processes, and accountability
- Manage cross-functional projects (HR, scheduling, hiring, marketing, family services, etc.)
- Coordinate between field teams, clinicians, and leadership
- Ensure operational excellence as we scale across Georgia and beyond
- A desk job

- Only managing one department
- Slow-moving, corporate-style environments
- Move fast, think clearly, and execute at a high level
- Can walk into any site and quickly figure out what needs to be done
- Love building systems, solving problems, and keeping things moving
- Are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Can operate as a strategic advisor hands-on executor
- Thrive working directly with a founder
- Strong operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish
- Comfort with ambiguity — and turning chaos into structure
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, multi-site operations, or fast-growth environments is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
