Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote active learning and curiosity among toddlers
- Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
- Support children’s social-emotional development through positive behavior management and classroom management strategies
- Engage in regular child development instruction to monitor growth milestones and tailor activities accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and achievements to build strong partnerships
- Incorporate early intervention techniques when necessary to support children with special education needs or developmental delays
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, assessments, and observations in compliance with mandated reporting laws
- Ensure all classroom activities adhere to health and safety standards, including first aid and CPR protocols
