Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care tailored to each infant’s individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development based on childhood development principles.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences to foster transparency and trust.
- Support classroom management by organizing activities, managing behavior with positive guidance techniques, and ensuring proper supervision at all times.
- Adhere to mandated reporting laws by documenting any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education standards and classroom goals.
