Milestones DFW is an Autism therapy provider that uses leading-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques that are individualized to best suit the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 35-40 hours per week of in-home, direct therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for clients using a tablet-based ABA data collection platform.
• Motivate and energize clients through learning and play.
• Communicate professionally and confidentially with parents, guardians, BCBAs, and Lead RBTs.

Requirements

• Clean background check and drug screen,
• Bachelors's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or a related field. Master's degree preferred for higher starting pay.
• Progress towards BCBA designation is a plus,
• Ability to maneuver up to 75 pounds,
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus and may increase starting pay,
• RBT certification.

Starting Pay
Expected starting pay is in the following ranges, with periodic pay raises expected for those demonstrating superior job performance:

• RBTs: $20.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
