Infant/Toddler Teaching Assistant

Pay: $18/hour
Milestones Childcare & Preschool LLC is currently hiring a dependable and caring Infant/Toddler Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team! With two licensed locations in Amesbury and Salisbury, we offer a supportive, team-based environment where educators are valued and growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in the daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers
- Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and maintaining clean classroom environments
- Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and safety
- Maintain classroom organization and follow all center policies and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- Experience working with infants or toddlers in a group setting preferred
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing personality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field of early education
- Must meet basic health and safety requirements, including background checks
- EEC certification is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
