Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Primary Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our growing behavioral health team. This position provides individual and group psychotherapy to adults receiving treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Responsibilities
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process therapy groups
- Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Complete initial clinical assessments and ongoing weekly outcome measures (including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and other standardized assessment tools)
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as clinically indicated
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and referral sources
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Communicate effectively with families and outside providers as appropriate
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Clinical Director

Qualifications
- Active LPC or LCSW license required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Experience working in outpatient behavioral health or higher levels of mental health care preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and other best practices
- Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- TF-CBT Trained
- Experience in PHP or IOP mental health settings
