Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Primary Therapist to join our growing co-occurring behavioral health team. This position provides individual and group psychotherapy to adults receiving treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Responsibilities
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process therapy groups
- Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and ongoing weekly outcome measures (including PHQ-9, GAD-7, substance use assessments, and other standardized clinical tools)
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct crisis intervention, suicide risk assessments, and relapse risk assessments as clinically indicated
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, referral sources, and community providers
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Communicate effectively with families and outside providers as appropriate
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Clinical Director

Qualifications
- Active LPC or LCSW license required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Experience working with adults diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and harm reduction principles
- Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- TF-CBT Trained
- Experience in PHP or IOP behavioral health settings
