Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers and renters
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
- Utilize team provided technology and CRM
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate information to clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Strongsville and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
