Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Akron, Ohio area.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems.
- Valid Ohio real estate license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent
- Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the Akron, Ohio real estate market and local regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
